Job Description

As a HubSpot Developer at Softbay, you will be responsible for optimizing our HubSpot platform to drive marketing automation, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure the HubSpot ecosystem aligns with our business goals and delivers exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities :

  • HubSpot Customization: Customize and configure the HubSpot platform to meet the unique needs of the organization, including email templates, landing pages, and forms.
  • Automation Workflows: Design, build, and optimize automated workflows to streamline marketing and sales processes, improve lead nurturing, and enhance the customer journey.
  • Lead Management: Implement lead scoring systems and manage lead databases to ensure the efficient flow of leads from marketing to sales.
  • Integration: Integrate HubSpot with other software applications and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms) to ensure data synchronization and smooth operations.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track marketing performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
  • Content Management: Assist in managing and organizing marketing content within the HubSpot CMS, ensuring consistency and optimization for SEO.
  • A/B Testing: Plan and conduct A/B tests on various marketing assets and campaigns to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on HubSpot best practices, new features, and troubleshooting.
  • Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with HubSpot platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful HubSpot projects.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot tools and modules, including HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, inbound marketing, and lead generation.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Certified Developer) are a plus.
